ALGIERS- In a momentous occasion celebrating academic excellence and commitment to scientific research, Professor Djedar Riad has been conferred the prestigious title of Professor of Higher Education. The coveted rank of Professor is considered the pinnacle of achievement in the realm of higher education and represents the culmination of a lifelong journey dedicated to advancing knowledge and learning. The promotion was officially announced during the 49th session of the National University Commission, recognizing Professor Riad’s outstanding contributions to academia.
A Remarkable Academic Journey
Professor Djedar Riad’s journey in the field of higher education and scientific research commenced in September 2014, when he joined the University of Algiers 3 as a lecturer and researcher. Since then, he has held various influential positions at numerous institutions, both national and international.
As an esteemed scholar and researcher, Professor Riad has shared his knowledge and expertise with several universities and national schools, making an indelible impact on the academic community. Notably, he served as a contract and delegate professor at institutions like the National Preparatory School for Engineering Studies (ENPEI), the Higher Military School for Staff Training (Department of Senior Officers), and the Higher Military School for Territorial Air Defense (1st MR – Reghaia Algeria). His dedication to education also extended to the University of Continuing Education at the University of Algiers 01 and the Faculty of Economics, Commercial, and Management Sciences at the University Center of Tipaza.
