Governor of Algiers Visits Multiple Projects on the Ground

The Governor of Algiers Abdenour Rabhi, oversaw, on Saturday, various projects in the capital. Accompanied by a strong delegation, he visited the water purification station in Ain-Benian and the bank office in Algiers.

The water purification station in Ain-Benian is a crucial infrastructure serving a large population of approximately 500,000 residents. This facility has the capacity to treat 100,000 m3 of water per day, making it an environmental asset of great significance, with a capacity of 235,000 m3.

Another notable visit was made to Ben Aknoun’s zoo, which is currently undergoing extensive rehabilitation and redevelopment efforts. This park, spanning several kilometers, is being transformed into a modern and well-equipped facility. Additionally, the governor inspected the ongoing projects at the “Parc Donia” in Ouled-Fayet, which include the development of sports areas, entertainment zones, and parking facilities.
