The international human rights lawyer, Latifa Dib, asked the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, to look into the question of national reconciliation to reunite the Algerians by pardoning the deceived sons of Kabylia.
Dib’s petition came after dissident member of the MAK terrorist movement and Farhat Mehenni’s nephew, Zouhir Benajaout, made dangerous statements on El-Bilad channel regarding the movement’s activities and plans.
According to a post by lawyer Dib on her Facebook page, Benajaout, through his statements, calls on the Kabyls not to follow the illusion propagated by the terrorist Ferhat Mehenni, who calls for the division of Algeria.
“The Kbyles cannot be or remain without Algeria because it is an integral part of it, and I urge them to return to the ancient history of Algeria,” adds Professor Dib.
Benajaout also calls on the Algerian authorities to have pity on the deceived Kabyles and to forgive them, calling for national reconciliation for reunification and for the strengthening of the front and internal cohesion.
Dib added that Algeria is united and welcomes all its children, even those who have sinned and repented of their mistake, and national reconciliation is the solution to reunification.
“Long live Algeria, free and proud, with love for all its children, and shame and disgrace for the traitors”, concluded the lawyer.
