The minister confirmed that work is underway to remedy the delay in the distribution of housing, adding that the number of housing registered in 2023, estimated at 225,000, is proof that the Algerian state is a social state.
Concerning the AADL formula, Belaribi affirmed that the AADL1 was known with 15 years of delay, while the AADL 2 had a greater control on the deadlines for the allocation of housing, added the minister.
The Minister of Housing also revealed, in his answer to a question about the novelties of the AADL 3 program, explaining: “When we finish with AADL 2, we will think about completing other programs. We are now focused on the program AADL 2, which we try to deliver within the specified timeframe.”
Belaribi also spoke about the novelties of rural housing, declaring: “We attach great importance to rural housing, and the wilaya of Bouira will benefit from a significant part of this formula”, revealing the existence of a new decree that removes obstacles and allows the distribution of housing in a timely manner.
