The Court of Auditors announced, Thursday in a press release, the publication of its annual report for the year 2022.
“In accordance with Article 199 of the Constitution, the Court of Auditors publishes its 2022 annual report, drawn up in compliance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 95-20 of July 17, 1995 relating to the Court of Auditors, as amended and supplemented”, notes the same source.
The report, it is specified, “includes the main results of the control work carried out by the Court of Auditors, under its control activity program for the year 2021, together with the recommendations that it considers it necessary to formulate. as well as the responses of the managers, legal representatives and supervisory authorities to whom these works are notified, and this, in compliance with the contradictory procedure”.
The findings and assessments, which are contained in the report, “aim to promote sound management and efficient use of public means and resources by the controlled entities”, it is underlined in the same text.
According to the same source, “the annual report includes 14 insertion notes and 39 recommendations divided into three parts, dedicated respectively to State administrations, local authorities and public establishments and enterprises, followed by a fourth part, which report on the use of budgetary and human resources of the Court of Auditors as well as its international activities during the year in question”.
