Air Algérie has introduced a dedicated toll-free number (+9668008500585) specifically for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims. This initiative aims to ensure a smooth and hassle-free transportation process for pilgrims, starting with the first return flight scheduled for Thursday, June 20, 2024. The toll-free number has been rigorously tested and approved by Air Algérie authorities in Saudi Arabia and will remain available throughout the year, providing continuous support to pilgrims.
The toll-free number is part of a broader strategy to offer comprehensive assistance to pilgrims. It allows them to contact a call center for support with all aspects of their journey. This includes answering questions, clarifying any delays or disruptions in their flights, and providing solutions for those who are delayed or have missed their flights. The call center will maintain constant coordination with Air Algérie services at the Holy Sites and with the families of the Hajj and Umrah pilgrims, ensuring the resolution of any transportation or movement-related emergencies.
