Eighth International Waste Recovery and Recycling Exhibition: Digitalization of Waste Management to Boost Circular Economy

Algiers, Algeria | November 17th, 2024 — The Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CACI), in collaboration with the National Waste Agency (AND) and the Algerian Company for Exhibitions and Export (SAFEX), is organizing the eighth edition of the International Waste Recovery and Recycling Exhibition. The event will be held under the theme “Digitalization of Waste Management as an Effective Tool to Enhance the Circular Economy and Achieve Sustainable Development.”

According to a statement from the Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the exhibition will take place from November 18 to 21, 2024, at the Saoura Hall of the Palais des Expositions in Algiers.

This event stands as one of the most significant platforms for advancing activities related to the circular economy, reinforcing Algeria’s ongoing efforts toward sustainable development. The exhibition will showcase the latest trends and technologies in waste management, offering a space for professionals to engage in discussions about waste collection, transportation, sorting, management, and recycling practices aimed at enhancing environmental sustainability.

A large number of local and international companies involved in various aspects of waste management and recycling will participate. The exhibition will provide specialists and entrepreneurs in the environmental and recycling industries with an opportunity to exchange knowledge and experience through specialized workshops and presentations organized throughout the event.
