Algeria Strengthens African Ties: Minister Baddari Delivers Presidential Messages to Eritrea and Djibouti

On Thursday in Asmara, Minister Baddari was received by the President of Eritrea, Isaias Afwerki, where he delivered an official letter from the Algerian Head of State.

Continuing his diplomatic mission, Minister Baddari later visited Djibouti, where he was warmly received by President Ismaïl Omar Guelleh. As in Eritrea, Baddari conveyed a personal letter from President Tebboune. President Guelleh expressed his appreciation for the close relations between Algeria and Djibouti, emphasizing the central role Algeria plays in advancing African aspirations for sustainable development and elevating the continent’s status on the global stage.

The Djiboutian President specifically lauded Algeria’s ongoing contributions to the field of higher education in his country, noting the significance of this collaboration in empowering youth and fostering intellectual growth.
