Destination Algeria: “Algeria Tourism Videos Awards” prize launched

ALGIERS– The Ministry of Tourism and Handicrafts has launched the “Algeria Tourism Videos Awards” Prize for the best promotional video of the Algeria destination as part of the development and enhancement of initiatives aimed at promoting the Algeria tourist destination, indicated, Wednesday, a press release from the ministry.

The Prize is awarded to producers of promotional videos in the following categories: the first prize is for videos of the national destination, in this case; promotional videos of two or more destinations, and the second is for videos of the local destination; promotional videos dedicated to a single site, or even a single destination (wilaya), added the press release.

To participate in this competition, candidates should register via the ministry’s electronic site www.mta.gov.dz during the period from March 15 to April 15, 2023, June 1, 2023 being set as the last deadline for submitting applications. The videos should be deposited and shared via downloadable links, specified the same source.

The Ministry of Tourism and Handicrafts invites those interested in the competition to consult its electronic site and its networks for more information, concluded the press release.
