ALGIERS- The CEO of Alliance Assurances, Hassen Khelifati, stressed, in an exclusive interview with Dzair Tube TV, that the priority of his company was the empowerment of youth, being the future of Algeria.
“Youth and future generations are at the helm of leadership and a real asset. Our priority is to enhance the engagement of youth; the torch bearers,” he said.
And to add: “The inclusion of young people emanates from a deep conviction that this segment of the society represents the future of the country and should not be marginalized or excluded. I call upon young people to actively participate in policy issues of our time and to climb the ladder of responsibility within the society.”
In a related context, Mr. Hassen Khelifati noted that “Algeria has witnessed very substantial changes reflected in the restoration of the State’s authority, the establishment of a new institutional structure, as well as the return in force at the international level, in addition to the digital transformation.”

With respect to Algeria’s foreign policy, Mr. Khelifati highlighted that New Algeria, whose foundations were laid by Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune amidst international changing circumstances, has reinforced its regional and international position, playing a pivotal and pioneering role worldwide.
“New Algeria is playing a leading and axial geopolitical role in the region based on its long-standing principles. President Tebboune gave a new impetus to a disempowered diplomatic apparatus and in a very short time, he managed to place Algeria on the world chessboard,” Alliance Assurances further explained. He referred, in this aspect, to Algeria’s decision to join the BRICS group, consisting of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa, noting that the bloc “accounts for about 30% of the world’s gross domestic product”.
Economically, the official stated that: “New Algeria has embarked on a very ambitious reform program of its legal framework to boost all-around investments with the aim of achieving economic recovery.”
“Algeria is deploying significant efforts to create an environment conducive to the transition from a rentier economy to an economy with diversified incomes, especially that our country enjoys significant technological capacities and human resources,” he added, hailing the trust placed on the private sector, Start-ups and micro-entreprises with a view to enhancing the role of young leaders.
The guest of Dzair Tube tackled the bureaucratic practices that hampered the economic development, hailing the concrete steps taken to put an end to these old practices, while calling upon the Algerian justice to strike with an iron those involved in the impediment of the economic development.
