ALGIERS- President Abdelmadjid Tebboune has issued immediate instructions to cover 50% of the expenses for the travel of 2000 supporters of the national football team to Ivory Coast to attend the African Cup of Nations.
In a demonstration of support for Algerian football and to ensure a strong fan presence at the continental tournament, President Tebboune’s directive aims to facilitate the journey for 2000 dedicated fans. The financial assistance underscores the government’s commitment to promoting sports and fostering a sense of national pride among its citizens.
This move is expected to enhance the enthusiastic atmosphere during the tournament, showcasing Algeria’s solidarity and passion for football on the African stage.
