The newly launched call center number, 3302, offers customers an easier and more efficient way to reach Air Algérie’s services. In addition to the existing number, which will remain operational for a temporary period, this new number ensures effective communication with both fixed and mobile phone operators.
Service hours for the call center will now be extended to provide round-the-clock assistance, available 24/7. This initiative is aimed at enhancing the national carrier’s services and ensuring that customers can access support at any time.
In response to the needs of its diverse customer base, Air Algérie has also established a dedicated team to assist English-speaking customers. This addition strengthens the airline’s communication capabilities and ensures that language barriers do not impede customer service. Furthermore, a toll-free number specifically for Algerian pilgrims traveling to and from the holy lands has been introduced. Accessible at +966 800 85 005 85, this number provides specialized support for pilgrims, addressing travel-related queries and concerns such as delays and schedule changes.
Air Algérie’s commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in these enhancements. By introducing a new call center number, extending service hours, and providing multilingual support, the airline aims to offer a more accessible and seamless customer service experience.
