Algiers, Algeria | June 1st, 2024 — Air Algérie, the national airline, has announced an increase in its flight frequencies to Spain in anticipation of the summer season. This expansion comes in response to the high demand for travel to Spain, both from Algerians heading there and from the Algerian diaspora residing in Spain.
Increased Flight Frequencies
To accommodate this surge in demand, Air Algérie will be adding three additional flights from Houari Boumediène Airport in Algiers to Alicante. Furthermore, there will be four extra flights from Oran to Alicante during the period from July 1 to October 26.
Additionally, Air Algérie has introduced two new flights on the Oran–Barcelona route, starting from July 4 and continuing until October 26. This increase in services is expected to significantly ease travel for those planning summer trips.
Affordable Family Travel
As part of its commitment to making travel more accessible, Air Algérie is offering these additional flights at competitive rates under its “Osra” offer. This initiative aims to provide families with affordable travel options during the peak summer months, enhancing their travel experience and convenience.
