ALGIERS- The website “Emploitic” for employment on the Internet revealed that the employment rate in Algeria increased by 60% during the first quarter of the current year, indicated the Arabic-language daily El Massa, citing a survey carried out by Emploitic, a company specializing in recruitment.

It included job vacancies in the digital sector in particular, with strong demand for graduates in the field of automated media, such as; computing, communications and the Internet, in addition to energy, mining and raw materials, banking, insurance and finance.

The site stated that the companies counted in their employment policy on the recruitment of workers with technical skills, but the Covid-19 pandemic forced them to hire competent workers to manage people and situations, or what one calls “soft skills”, using digital means.

The site indicated that ‘data processing has become very necessary, as we are in a new stage of development, which requires the availability of data to determine the future vision at work that allows decision makers to make the right decisions in addition to digital marketing’.
