Algeria, Belgium Hold Fourth Round of Political Consultations in Brussels

Brussels, December 12, 2023 – The fourth round of political consultations between Algeria and Belgium took place in Brussels, providing a platform for a comprehensive review of bilateral relations. Chaired alternately by the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Mr. Lounas Magramane, and the Acting Chair of the Committee of the Board for the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ms. Theodora Gencis, the meeting aimed to explore avenues for enhancing collaboration between the two nations.

The diplomatic engagement highlighted the commitment of Algeria and Belgium to fostering cooperation across various domains. Both sides acknowledged the historical ties that have bound them and expressed their dedication to furthering mutual interests through diplomatic channels.
