ALGIERS- The Ministry of National Defense (MDN) announced, on Sunday, the successful elimination of a terrorist during a combing operation in the Chlef province of Algeria.
According to the statement released by the MDN, the terrorist, identified as “B. Samir,” also known as “Abou Dhouha,” was neutralized during a combing operation conducted on Saturday, April 27, in the area of Tamoulga, located in Oued Fedda, Chlef province.
The MDN provided details indicating that the slain terrorist had been associated with terrorist groups since 2006. At the time of his elimination, he was found in possession of a Kalashnikov rifle, two (02) magazines, a quantity of ammunition, and various other items.
The operation marks another success in the ongoing efforts to combat terrorism in the country. The elimination of “Abou Dhouha” underscores the government’s commitment to maintaining security and stability in Algeria.
