Algeria/United States: Direct flight to attract tourists

ALGIERS-  The Minister of Tourism and Handicrafts, Mokhtar Didouche, received, on Tuesday, the American Ambassador to Algeria, Elizabeth Moore Aubin.

Ambassador Aubin said, in a tweet, that she had discussed with the Minister the opening of a direct line for flights between Algeria and the United States.

“Wouldn’t it be wonderful to see more Algerian tourists in the U.S. and more Americans in Algeria as tourists? Mokhtar Didouche, Minister of Tourism and I discussed how a direct flight would make this easier to achieve,” said the American ambassador on her Twitter account.
