Algerian Aid Arrives at Al-Arish Airport in Egypt, Marking a Strong Show of Solidarity with Gaza

Algeria – In a powerful display of unwavering support, planes belonging to the People’s National Army forces have successfully delivered humanitarian and emergency aid to the Gaza Strip, landing at Al-Arish Airport in Egypt. This significant effort was coordinated by the Algerian Red Crescent, as stated in their official announcement.
The Algerian Red Crescent, in collaboration with the Palestinian Red Crescent, meticulously supervised the shipment of aid from the military air base in Boufarik (Blida) to the Gaza Strip. This operation involved an air bridge comprising aircraft from the Air Force of the People’s National Army.
The aid package, totaling 60 tons, includes a substantial amount of medicine, amounting to 6 tons. The remaining aid encompasses essential supplies such as food, mattresses, and blankets, which will be transported into Gaza through the Rafah crossing.
Under the directive of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the process of shipping this vital humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip commenced. This urgent initiative underscores Algeria’s unwavering commitment, both from its leadership and its people, to extend unconditional and unlimited solidarity to the brotherly Palestinian population. The Palestinian people have been enduring relentless aggression, particularly in the Gaza Strip, at the hands of the Zionist occupation forces, while being subjected to an unjust and comprehensive siege, as highlighted in a statement issued by the Presidency of the Republic on Saturday.
This significant aid delivery serves as a testament to Algeria’s firm stance in supporting the Palestinian cause and its dedication to alleviating the suffering of the Palestinian people. It exemplifies the nation’s unwavering commitment to standing alongside its brothers and sisters in Palestine during these challenging times.
