ALGIERS- Ahmed Attaf, Minister of Foreign Affairs and the National Community Abroad, received a phone call from Vincent Biruta, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of the Republic of Rwanda. The call served as a follow-up to the recent political consultations between the two ministers held in the Rwandan capital, Kigali.
Minister Biruta praised Algeria’s participation in the ceremonies commemorating the thirtieth anniversary of the 1994 genocide in Rwanda. He particularly highlighted the solidarity message conveyed by President Abdelmadjid Tebboune to Rwandan President Paul Kagame on this significant occasion.
Additionally, the two officials discussed forthcoming bilateral and multilateral engagements between Algeria and Rwanda.
