The campaign comes amidst the “dirty campaign” orchestrated against Sadi by the Makhzen, aiming to undermine his authority and block Algeria’s resurgence in the Confederation of African Football (CAF).
Sadi has been the target of relentless attacks, with detractors attempting to tarnish his reputation and thwart his efforts to strengthen Algerian football. However, supporters argue that Sadi’s leadership has instilled fear among neighboring countries, particularly Morocco, due to his swift accomplishments and commitment to transparency and accountability.
The interference by these vicious external forces “El Makhzen” have sparked outrage among Algerian football enthusiasts, who have expressed unwavering support for Sadi’s leadership. Algerians believe that Sadi’s tenure represents a turning point in the fight against corruption in Algerian football and are eagerly awaiting the announcement of a new head coach for the national team.
Despite facing several challenges, Sadi enjoys widespread backing from the Algerian authorities, including President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, who has pledged full support in combating corruption within Algerian football.
