Algerian-French Relations: FMs Attaf, Séjourné Discuss Various Issues

ALGIERS- While participating in a United Nations Security Council meeting on the Palestinian question in New York, Algerian Foreign Minister Ahmed Attaf held discussions with his French counterpart, Stéphane Séjourné, according to a statement from the ministry.
“In the context of his mission in New York, mandated by the President of the Republic, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the National Community Abroad, Mr. Ahmed Attaf, held a meeting with his French counterpart, Mr. Stéphane Séjourné,” announced the ministry’s statement.
The statement specified that “both parties took the opportunity to examine various issues related to Algerian-French relations, including the bilateral agreements reached and the means to prepare them optimally.”
