ALGIERS- Algerian researchers and scientists have gained international recognition for their expertise and excellence in their respective fields, bringing pride to their homeland. One such distinguished scientist is Dr. Ilyes Baghli, who was awarded the Hall of Fame award for orthomolecular medicine in 2018, the highest honor in this field. On June 23, he will assume the presidency of the International Society of Orthomolecular Medicine (Isom), succeeding the Japanese Atsuo Yanagisawa, who has held the position since 2012.
Born in Algiers in 1968, Ilyes Baghli completed his entire education in the capital city. After obtaining his baccalaureate in bilingual transitional sciences, he enrolled in the Faculty of Medicine of Algiers in 1986, where he earned his diploma in 1992. Throughout his career, Dr. Baghli has pursued various specialties, including mesotherapy, osteopathy, posturology, auriculopuncture, sophrology, nutrition, and orthomolecular medicine, making him a passionate advocate for natural health.
Amidst the COVID-19 health crisis, the renowned doctor shared with a national daily his anti-coronavirus treatment, which is primarily based on natural molecules that are well-documented and free of side effects. The doctor emphasized that the preventive version of this protocol comprises vitamin C, magnesium, and selenium.
Despite the success of his treatment in enabling the remarkable recovery of 50 Chinese patients with COVID-19, the doctor expressed his frustration at the media’s preference for anti-viral vaccines.
As the founder and president of the Algerian Society of Orthomolecular Medicine, the doctor aims to introduce a new therapeutic approach that humanizes medical practice by implementing a holistic and personalized approach to patient care. He believes that this can be achieved by incorporating the principles of orthomolecular medicine, which has already proven its effectiveness. The doctor has already distinguished himself in Algeria with the Ministry of Health through his actions.
In conclusion, the doctor’s anti-coronavirus treatment based on natural molecules is a promising alternative to anti-viral vaccines. His dedication to introducing a holistic and personalized approach to patient care is commendable and will undoubtedly revolutionize the medical field.
As the new president of Isom, Dr. Baghli will lead the organization in promoting the use of natural substances, such as vitamins and minerals, to prevent and treat diseases. His expertise and leadership will undoubtedly contribute to the advancement of orthomolecular medicine and the improvement of global health.
