ALGIERS- Following a meeting between representatives of Madar Holding and American business leaders, Madar Holding’s CEO, Charaf Eddine Amara, expressed optimism about the potential for significant collaboration. Amara stated, “It is an honor for us to have met with the delegation of American business leaders to discuss cooperation and partnership possibilities. We engaged in discussions covering various sectors where American companies are keen on investing.”
Amara highlighted the success of the meeting, noting, “We also had the honor of hosting the American business president.” The discussions, characterized by frank and fruitful exchanges, resulted in mutual interest and commitment to cooperation.
A closed-door session concluded with the signing of a memorandum of understanding between Real Soul Company, American Indochine Solution Company, and Madar for sugar refining. This agreement pertains to a large-scale sugar beet cultivation project in the Grand Sud, encompassing extensive cultivation areas and beet processing.
The American business leaders expressed their keen interest in the Algerian market and conveyed their willingness to explore business opportunities with Madar Holding. They aim to establish collaborations in industrial and technological sectors, ultimately enhancing the business framework between Algeria and the United States of America.
The visit of the American delegation to Algeria was facilitated through an invitation extended by the Algerian-American Business Council, showcasing the commitment to fostering economic ties between the two nations.
