Algerian Minister Krikou Visits Palestinian Children Hospitalized in Algiers

ALGIERS- On the first day of Eid, Wednesday, the Minister of National Solidarity, Ms. Kaouthar Krikou, visited the Beni Messous Mother and Child Hospital of the Army in Algiers to exchange Eid greetings with Palestinian children who are injured and receiving treatment, along with their caregivers.
Accompanied by the Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Algeria, Mr. Fayez Abu Aita, and the Director-General of the Army’s Mother and Child Hospital, General K. Tarek, the minister paid a visit to the hospitalized Palestinian children. She offered them toys and gifts before heading to the military medical-social services center, where children accompanied by their families, and whose health conditions have improved, are staying.
In a statement to the press, Minister Krikou expressed her joy at visiting this hospital, which, on the instructions of the President of the Republic, welcomed our injured brothers and sisters repatriated from Gaza following the barbaric aggression perpetrated by the Zionist occupation against the Palestinian people.
On his part, the Palestinian ambassador expressed his gratitude to the Algerian authorities for all the human and material resources mobilized to ensure the optimal care of Palestinian children and their caregivers. He praised Algeria’s unconditional support, from both the government and the people, to the Palestinian people who are enduring barbaric aggression by the Zionist occupier forces.
