ALGIERS- The Algerian national football team kicked off their training camp on Monday evening at the National Technical Center of Sidi Moussa, in preparation for the FIFA Serie 2024 tournament scheduled to take place in Algiers and Annaba from March 22nd to 26th.
This marked the first training session under the guidance of the team’s new head coach, Bosnian Vladimir Petkovic.
“The session, overseen for the first time by the new coaching staff led by coach Vladimir Petkovic, was highly instructive as he had the opportunity to see his players in action for the first time since taking over,” the Algerian Football Federation (FAF) reported on its website.
Another training session is scheduled in preparation for the upcoming matches against Bolivia on March 22nd and South Africa on March 26th at 10:00 PM at Nelson Mandela Stadium in Baraki, Algiers, as part of the FIFA Serie Algeria 2024 tournament.
