Algeria’s Lower House Speaker Boughali Represents President Tebboune at Rwandan Presidential Inauguration Ceremony

Algiers, Algeria | August 11th, 2024 — On Sunday, Brahim Boughali, Speaker of the People’s National Assembly (APN) of Algeria, was designated by President Abdelmadjid Tebboune to represent Algeria at the inauguration ceremony of Paul Kagame as the President of Rwanda. The ceremony took place at the national stadium in Kigali, where Kagame took the oath of office.

Boughali’s attendance underscores the robust bilateral relations between Algeria and Rwanda.
