Upon his arrival at Tunis-Carthage International Airport, Boughali was received with a warm welcome by Brahim Bouderbala, the Speaker of the Tunisian Parliament. The reception was further marked by the presence of a notable parliamentary delegation from Tunisia and Azzouz Baalal, the Algerian Ambassador to Tunisia, highlighting the importance of this diplomatic engagement.
