ALGIERS- On Wednesday, November 1, 2023, President Abdelmadjid Tebboune paid tribute to the martyrs of the Glorious War of National Liberation at the martyrs sanctuary in Algiers. This solemn occasion marked the 69th anniversary of the Revolution of November 1, 1954.
Following a ceremonial display by the Republican Guard, President Abdelmadjid Tebboune laid a wreath of flowers before the commemorative stele. In a solemn gesture, he recited the Fatiha from the Holy Quran, honoring the memory of the fallen revolutionaries.
Distinguished state officials and government members were in attendance, joining in the commemoration of the 69th anniversary of the November 1, 1954 Revolution.
