A cornerstone of Sadi’s agenda is the establishment of professional training academies. Starting in 2025, all clubs owned by public companies will be mandated to invest in youth development by building their training centers. This initiative draws inspiration from the pioneering example of MC Alger, which recently inaugurated a state-of-the-art training facility in Zeralda. By focusing on youth talent and modernizing club operations, Sadi seeks to bridge the gap between Algeria’s football and its African and global counterparts.
Recognizing the pivotal role of fair play and transparency, Sadi has prioritized the modernization of officiating standards. For the first time in the history of Algerian football, VAR technology will be deployed during league matches, supported by the acquisition of four dedicated VAR buses. This transformative step addresses persistent controversies in refereeing and underscores Sadi’s commitment to elevating the integrity of Algerian football.
Sadi’s efforts extend beyond administrative reforms to include leveraging the government’s investment in world-class sports facilities. With a series of newly inaugurated stadiums setting benchmarks in Africa, Sadi is determined to integrate these resources into a holistic strategy that positions Algeria as a regional sports leader.
