Algiers, Algeria | December 12th, 2024 — Algérie Télécom has unveiled an initiative to upgrade its information systems, scheduled for today, Thursday. This strategic endeavor underscores the company’s commitment to enhancing its digital infrastructure to deliver superior services to its customers.
In an official statement, the telecommunications giant announced that all its agencies and sales points across the country will be temporarily closed starting at 4:00 PM to facilitate the upgrade process. Additionally, routine maintenance will be conducted on the company’s electronic payment platforms between 10:00 PM tonight and 10:00 AM tomorrow.
The planned maintenance is part of Algérie Télécom’s broader effort to ensure the reliability and efficiency of its digital systems, vital for supporting its growing customer base and the demands of modern telecommunications.
Algérie Télécom extended its apologies for any inconvenience caused during this temporary disruption and expressed gratitude to its customers for their understanding and ongoing trust.
