Algiers, Algeria | September 15th, 2024 — In a gesture of commitment to its customers, Algérie Télécom has announced that its commercial agencies will remain operational during the celebration of Mawlid Ennabawi Echarif on Monday, September 16, 2024, corresponding to 12 Rabi al-awwal 1446 in the Islamic calendar.
In a press release issued on Sunday, the national telecommunications operator confirmed that selected agencies across the country would maintain service continuity through special working hours on this important religious holiday. “Algérie Télécom is pleased to inform all of its customers that its commercial agencies will be open on the occasion of Mawlid Ennabawi Echarif, ensuring the continuation of services for our valued clients,” the statement declared.
Special Hours for Northern and Southern Regions
To accommodate customer needs, Algérie Télécom outlined specific operational schedules for different regions. In the northern part of the country, agencies will be open from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, including key locations such as Algiers, Rouïba, Kouba, Hussein Dey, Aissat Idir, Hydra, Birtouta, Sidi Abdellah, El Biar, and El Achour.
For customers in the southern regions, service will be available from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the agency headquarters in provincial capitals. This effort reflects the company’s ongoing dedication to ensuring that all Algerians have uninterrupted access to essential services, even during national holidays.
