ALGIERS- Algerie-Telecom has announced that all telephone landline network communications will be free on the two days of Eid-El-Fitr. Communications made from a fixed Idoom network to a mobile network will be billed at 2 dinars per minute.
The commercial agencies of the fixed telephone operator will be open on the second day of the religious holidays.
