ALGIERS- Algerie Telecom has been declared as the official sponsor of the fencing tournament (Africa zone) for the qualification to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, scheduled to occur on Saturday at the Ben Aknoun Women’s Sports Center in Algiers, as announced by AT in a statement released on Friday.
Organized by the Algerian Fencing Federation, this event will bring together over 52 African fencers in competition, including 4 athletes representing the Algerian team.
According to the statement, “Algerie Telecom will provide high-speed Internet connectivity, ensuring the smooth running of the competition and offering optimal conditions to all stakeholders, including the media, participants, and organizers, throughout the event.”
The statement concluded by highlighting that this initiative reflects “Algerie Telecom’s enduring commitment to supporting sports in Algeria and promoting high-level fencing competitions.”
