During the launch of the Fourth Regional Meeting of Algerian Journalists in Algiers, Governor Rabhi underscores the indispensable role of the press in fostering citizenship, strengthening societal resilience, and supporting national unity amid mounting challenges.
Algiers, Algeria | April 28th, 2025 — In an address at the opening of the Fourth Regional Meeting of Algerian Journalists and Media Professionals held in Algiers, Governor of Algiers Mohamed Abdennour Rabhi delivered a resounding message on the crucial role of national media in fortifying the country’s social and civic fabric.
Expressing his heartfelt wishes for the success of the gathering, Rabhi emphasized: “This important regional meeting brings together an elite group of journalists and media actors from Algiers and the central region. He also reaffirmed the commitment of the Wilaya of Algiers to proactive communication and public engagement, stating: “The services of the Wilaya of Algiers remain fully mobilized to open and maintain channels of communication in the service of the country, its citizens, and its future.”
