ALGIERS- The threads of the suspicious journey of the fugitive Amira Bouraoui from Tunisia to France were exposed. Contrary to the information reported by a media hype about a “risk” of the extradition of Amira Bouraoui, from Tunisia to Algeria, this activist with dubious actions was exfiltrated to France thanks to a French colonel of the intelligence services with whom she dealt from Algiers.
According to Dzair Tube TV’ sources familiar with this case, the operation was entrusted to the French ambassador in Tunisia who, after having intervened with the Tunisian authorities who were detaining Bouraoui for illegal entry into the Tunisian territory, the “khabardjia” boarded a Transavia plane bound for Lyon airport. On the spot, Amira Bouraoui was welcomed by a colonel of the French services, the same one with whom she dealt from Algiers where she carried out dubious activities in the service of her French masters to the detriment of the country she claims to defend.
More precisely, just after she got off the plane in Lyon from Tunis airport, and after checking her travel documents, the French border police decided not to grant her the authorization to enter the French territory… But, the intervention of the above-mentioned French services’ officer tipped the balance in her favor.
In other words, Amira Bouraoui narrowly escaped being expelled from the French territory, owing her salvation to this colonel who guaranteed her protection on French soil with a quid pro quo of betraying her homeland Algeria.
On another level, and for the coincidence, Amira Bouraoui, considered by France as an “activist”, was welcomed in Lyon, the city which has just banned the round table talks of the Franco-Palestinian activist and lawyer Salah Hamouri, arbitrarily expelled by the Zionist entity on December 18th. They blatantly violated the freedom of expression of this activist, hence, applying the “double standards” policy and the abhorrent selective empathy that have unveiled deep-rooted undertones of injustice and bias in the West.
That is to say, France, on the one hand, has thrown its support behind the fugitive Bouraoui who is serving its interests in the region, meanwhile, on the other hand, restricted the freedom of expression of the anti-Zionism activist! France…double standards on full display!
François Zimeray, the lawyer of the fugitives
According to the Algerian website “Algerie 54”, the former French diplomat, and lawyer behind Amira Bouraoui’s escape, is none other than François Zimeray, close to the former head of French diplomacy, Laurent Fabius, defender of the terrorist organization ‘Front of Al Nusra’. François Zimeray. It should be noted that François Zimeray was an ambassador for human rights and responsible for the international dimension of the Holocaust at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Appointed during Nicolas Sarkozy term as “Ambassador for human rights”, the Socialist François Zimeray, is known for his acquaintances with activists from the Arab world, well involved in the Regime Change, intended to dismantle the Nation States.
Former MEP in a European institution splashed by corruption in the name of human rights, François Zimeray is an ardent defender of the Zionist entity. In 2003, he was one of the founders of the Cercle Léon Blum set up to fight against the resurgence of anti-Semitism in France.
A new gloom is expected in relations between Algeria and France
Following the participation of French diplomats, consular officials and security services in the exfiltration of an Algerian national, Algeria has decided to recall its Ambassador to France, Saïd Moussi, with immediate effect, for consultations, as stated by a press release from the Presidency of the Republic issued on Wednesday.
“Following the official note through which Algeria strongly protested against the clandestine and illegal exfiltration of an Algerian national whose physical presence on the national territory is prescribed by the Algerian justice, the President of the Republic Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune ordered the recall, with immediate effect, for consultations, of the Algerian Ambassador to France, Said Moussi, ” underlined the communiqué.
In a related context, Algeria condemned, on Wednesday, in the strongest terms, the violation of the national sovereignty by diplomatic, consular and security personnel under the French State who participated in a clandestine and illegal operation to exfiltrate an Algerian national whose physical presence on the national territory is prescribed by the Algerian justice, indicated a press release from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad.
“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad expressed to the French Embassy, Algeria’s firm condemnation of the violation of the national sovereignty by diplomatic, consular and security personnel of the French State who participated in a clandestine and illegal operation of exfiltration of an Algerian national whose physical presence on the national territory is prescribed by the Algerian justice”, stressed the same source.
In this official note, Algeria rejects this “inadmissible and despicable” development which causes “great damage” to Algerian-French relations, concluded the same source.
A new gloom is expected in the relations between Algeria and France after the episode of autumn 2021 marked by a political crisis between Algiers and Paris. In October 2021, Algeria recalled its ambassador to France for consultations following the irresponsible comments of the French President Emmanuel Macron.
“Following comments that several sources attributed to the French President Emmanuel Macron, Algeria expresses its categorical rejection of inadmissible interference in its internal affairs,” the presidency said.
“Faced with the particularly inadmissible situation inflicted by these irresponsible remarks, President Abdelmadjid Tebboune decided to immediately recall the ambassador,” it added.
French media said that Macron made some remarks during a short dialogue with a group of young people whose parents or grandparents fought with the French army against the Algerians (Harka) during the Algerian war (1954-1962).
Macron said the country was ruled by a “political-military system” and described Algeria as having an “official history” which had been “totally re-written”. He added that Algeria’s history was “not based on truths” but “on a discourse of hatred towards France”.
Besides, Paris reduced, in November 2021, by 50% the number of visas granted to Algeria due, according to it, to “the refusal” of the Maghreb countries to issue the consular passes necessary for the return of immigrants expelled from France, in a move that strikes the area of cooperation which requires trust and respect for the dignity of persons and the commitments adopted by the two governments. The irony is that the same country ‘France’, which had complained about the illegal immigration, and non-cooperation to solve the issue and curb the clandestine movement of people, is violating, this time, the cooperation and coordination treaties signed between the two countries in the field of justice, security and people’s movement.
France took unilateral decisions that do not respect the sovereignty of the Algerian justice and state, criticizing and applying laws with discrimination and favoritism. Once again… France represents the policy of double standards on full display!
