Armed robbery of post office in Bouira: Seven suspects arrested, remanded in custody

ALGIERS-  The prosecutor general at the tribunal of Bouira announced, in a press release published on Wednesday, the arrest of seven individuals suspected of being involved in the armed robbery of an Algerie Poste office in Aghbalou on April 8.

During this robbery, the criminals seized the sum of 1.2 billion centimes. A sum which was recovered by the police, specified the press release. In addition, the weapons used to commit this crime were also seized.

Brought before the prosecution, the investigating judge ordered their remand in custody.
