ALGIERS- Army General Said Chanegriha, Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army (ANP), on Thursday, welcomed Dimitrii Shugaev, the director of the Federal Service for Military and Technical Cooperation of the Russian Federation. The meeting was attended by commanders of forces, department heads, central directors of the Ministry of National Defense, and members of the Russian delegation.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the current state of military and technical cooperation between Algeria and Russia, as well as to address issues of mutual interest. The discussions were productive and focused, with both parties expressing their commitment to strengthening their partnership.
As the ANP continues to modernize and enhance its capabilities, partnerships with other nations are crucial. The meeting between Chanegriha and Shugaev is a testament to the importance of collaboration and cooperation in the global defense community.
