ALGIERS- The collaboration between Rabat and Tel Aviv in the fields of artificial intelligence and aeronautics has raised many concerns. The history of betrayal by Moroccan leaders to Emir Abdelkader and duuring the six-day war of 1967, among others, has left a bitter taste in the mouths of those who value trust and integrity. However, the recent signing of a memorandum of understanding between the International University of Rabat and Israel Aerospace Industries to establish a Center of Excellence in aeronautics and artificial intelligence marks a new chapter in bilateral cooperation in cutting-edge technology and research.

While the agreement may seem innocuous on the surface, it is important to note that there is nothing peaceful about it. The potential implications of this collaboration for national security and privacy cannot be ignored.

The potential harm that can be inflicted through advanced technologies is a matter of great concern. It is therefore disconcerting to note that Rabat and Tel Aviv have taken a step towards compromise, given their track record of using these technologies to oppress the Sahrawi and Palestinian populations.

The Zionist Entity and Makhzen have been known to exchange tips and secrets on how to execute their oppressive tactics, utilizing facial recognition to monitor and track hundreds of thousands of individuals in real-time as well as spy software that discreetly takes control of mobile phones. The use of killer drones by the FAR (Royal Armed Forces) in both occupied and liberated territories, up to the borders with Mauritania, further adds to this macabre list.

It is important to note that the wars of the future, referred to as fourth-generation wars, will be heavily reliant on artificial intelligence, drones, and communication. This raises concerns about the potential for vile misdeeds that this new technological alliance between Rabat and Tel Aviv may be targeting. As such, it is imperative that we remain vigilant and take the necessary measures to prevent the misuse of advanced technologies for oppressive purposes.
