Asmidal: Arbitral tribunal rejects several claims by Spanish group GVM in fertial case

ALGIERS- Asmidal, a public group specializing in the production of fertilizers and phytosanitary products, has released a press statement on its Facebook page regarding the court decisions in the ongoing dispute with the Spanish group Grupo Villar Mir (GVM) over Fertial company.
According to the statement, the arbitral tribunal has rejected several complaints made by GVM against Asmidal. The dispute between the two companies relates to events that occurred in 2018 and 2019, and arbitration proceedings were initiated against Asmidal, not Sonatrach.
