Belarusian Foreign Minister to Visit Algeria to Strengthen Bilateral Ties

ALGIERS- Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Aleinik is set to embark on a visit to the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria on April 14-15, as announced by the press service of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry.
During his visit, Minister Aleinik is slated to engage in high-level discussions and meetings with Algerian officials, including the country’s leadership and Minister of Foreign Affairs and the National Community Abroad, as well as heads of various ministries and departments.
The agenda for the discussions encompasses a wide range of topics aimed at bolstering bilateral relations between Belarus and Algeria. Key areas of focus include the expansion of trade and economic cooperation, the enhancement of trade and investment partnerships, and the initiation of collaborative industrial projects.
Moreover, both parties will deliberate on avenues for cooperation in vital sectors, such as; food security, education, and tourism, among other areas of mutual interest.
Minister Aleinik’s visit underscores the commitment of Belarus and Algeria to deepening their ties and exploring new avenues for collaboration, with the aim of fostering mutual prosperity and development.
