Belgian Tourist Exposes Controversial Homosexual Tourism in Morocco
ALGIERS- In a shocking revelation, a 62-year-old Belgian tourist, Justinien Outan, has exposed the extent of exploitative practices in the homosexual tourism sector in Marrakech, turning the Moroccan city into a global hub for such activities. Outan detailed his sexual exploits, shedding light on a subculture that thrives in Marrakech, attracting tourists seeking unique experiences.
Outan narrated, to Belgium’s French-speaking Radio and Television, how he visited Marrakech multiple times to satisfy his sexual desires with Moroccan homosexual individuals. He claimed to have engaged in such activities with local partners on ten occasions within a single year. Notably, he frequented the most upscale areas in Marrakech with his partners, shedding light on the commercialization of the homosexual tourism in the city.
The Belgian tourist described Marrakech as a destination that provides a complete “business activity” associated with the homosexual tourism. He emphasized that the city accommodates everything, from lavish parties to prostitution, creating an environment where anything goes as long as there’s money involved.
Outan disclosed that Marrakech has a well-established electronic application facilitated by the Moroccan authorities, enabling homosexual tourists to connect with local individuals and establish relationships. He noted to have received messages from numerous young Moroccans involved in the homosexual tourism.
It’s essential to note that the Moroccan monarchy, particularly King Mohammed VI, has been previously linked to controversial sexual relationships and deviations within the homosexual community (Azaitar brothers).
