Bellat Group Signs Distribution Contract for its Products in Libya

ALGIERS- Bellat Group, represented by Mr. Abdessamad Oubiche, Director of Commercial and Marketing Affairs, concluded, today, a distribution agreement for its products with the Libyan company Zahrat Al Karaz across the entire Libyan territory.

This agreement marks the culmination of a field study conducted by the company in Libya. The country hosts a variety of Algerian products, particularly water and juices, which enjoy a great reputation and respect. This distribution agreement reflects an upward trend in the company’s exports, contributing to Algeria’s non-oil export sector. In January of the coming year, Bellat Group will participate in the International Exhibition of Food Products in Libya, showcasing Algerian and international participation.

It’s worth noting that the group is expanding its investments in the meat production sector. Recently, it announced the commencement of operations in a new unit in the Blida province, capable of producing 9 million tons of white meat annually. The group comprises over 14 poultry farms across three states in the country.
