ALGIERS- Bellat Group sponsored the inaugural National Forum on “Specialized Commercial Courts: Practices and Prospects,” held yesterday at the Abdelatif Rahal International Conference Center in Algiers under the supervision of Minister of Justice Abderrachid Tabi.

Tabi emphasized during the forum’s opening session that achieving legal and judicial security is a “necessary factor” for attracting investors. He commended the state’s efforts to encourage investment and provide a conducive business environment amid ongoing reforms.

“The achievement of legal and judicial security is a necessary factor in attracting investors,” reiterated the minister, reminding that investment constitutes a fundamental axis in the program of President Abdelmajid Tebboune.

This first-of-its-kind forum, organized by the Algerian Judicial Council in partnership with the Algerian Bar Association, aims to highlight the organization and operation of specialized commercial courts after one year of their activity. It seeks to facilitate discussion among experts in the field, including lawyers, judges, and heads of economic institutions.

It is worth noting that Bellat Group considers its sponsorship of such specialized scientific and legal events as both an ethical duty and a societal responsibility, exercised with patriotism and respect for various official and popular entities and components. The group extends its best wishes for success to all participants in their forum.
