ALGIERS– In a resounding display of solidarity with the Palestinian cause, the El-Bina El-Watani Movement Party has issued a stern response to recent developments involving the Libyan Foreign Minister Najla al-Mangoush’s meeting with her counterpart from the so-called “Zionist entity.” The party vehemently rejected any notions of normalization with the entity, emphasizing Libya’s unwavering commitment to standing against such attempts.

The party’ statement, released today, called out what it termed a “media attempt to fool the Libyans” by the Zionist entity, following discussions of readiness for normalization. El-Bina El-Watani Movement Party highlighted the dangers of these efforts, cautioning against falling into the trap of normalization and allowing the Maghreb region to be ensnared by divisive agendas.

The party’s concerns lie in the potential repercussions of such a move, as they believe it could fracture internal unity, ignite conflicts, and destabilize the nation’s components. Furthermore, they perceive this as an attempt to encircle Algeria geographically and weaken its military strength along its borders.

The statement forcefully asserts that the Libyan people, encompassing various political parties, factions, and national figures, stand united against the idea of normalization with the occupying entity. It underscores the centrality of the Palestinian issue within the hearts of the nation’s people, emphasizing that establishing a sovereign Palestinian state with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital remains non-negotiable. This stance, according to the party, reflects the consensus of the broader Arab world.

Amidst challenges and adversity, the statement applauds the unwavering dedication of the Libyan people to their national values and their steadfast support for the Palestinian cause. The party acknowledges that even in the midst of their own struggles, the Libyan population remains committed to resisting normalization efforts that exploit their nation’s vulnerabilities.

The El-Bina El-Watani Movement Party’s message is clear: Libya must unite in the face of external pressures and shun divisive forces that aim to exploit the nation’s difficulties to further their own agendas. The party urges the Libyan populace to set aside differences and prioritize the nation’s interests over personal and factional disagreements.

The statement concludes by reiterating Algeria’s role as a champion of the Palestinian cause. Algeria’s intellectual and political elites have consistently warned against the dangers of normalization, underlining their deep-rooted understanding of the Zionist entity’s threat. This consciousness dates back to as early as 1913 AD, a testament to Algeria’s unwavering commitment to its principles.

As the global community watches these developments unfold, the resolute stance of the El-Bina El-Watani Movement Party and the people of Libya reiterates the indomitable spirit of unity against attempts to normalize relations with the Zionist entity. Algeria’ steadfast dedication to the Palestinian cause underscores its crucial role as a guardian of regional stability and justice.
