ALGIERS- Chery Algeria has commenced the delivery process of the first batch of vehicles to its initial customers, marking a commitment to adhere to the agreed-upon delivery timelines, not exceeding 45 days according to the contractual terms.
The company reiterated its dedication to combating intermediaries and safeguarding customer rights from brokers, emphasizing that this commitment is of utmost priority.
The delivery of the first batch of vehicles, taking place in the Wilaya of Oran, is considered the initial phase of delivering 1,500 Chery vehicles to customers across the entire national territory through its authorized dealers.
Next Batch Delivery Scheduled for Next Week
Chery Algeria’s Commercial Director, Samir Mekradi, revealed that the next batch of vehicle deliveries to customers will take place next week in the eastern part of Algeria.
The company stated that it would provide customers with a 2024 license plate along with a 7-year warranty.
Delivery Operations in Key Provinces
The vehicle delivery process will initially cover three key provinces: Oran, Jijel, and Mostaganem. The distribution will gradually expand to all official sales points across the country.

Chery ranks second among Chinese automotive brands, according to a report by J.D. Power on customer satisfaction and sales. The Commercial Director of Chery Algeria provided new details about the vehicle acquisition process, delivery, and after-sales services during a press statement.

Assuring customers, the official emphasized that post-sale services would be available at all agencies nationwide. Chery stands out as the only brand offering a 7-year warranty or 200,000 km mileage on all its vehicles, showcasing the quality and durability of its cars from all perspectives.

Globally, Chery is the exclusive partner for Jaguar and Land Rover in China. The vehicles delivered today incorporate highly advanced automotive technologies, ensuring safety, security, and comfort standards.

He emphasized that the Tiggo 2 model is the most affordable with global specifications, stating, “We can say it is the people’s car at competitive prices, and for those unable to acquire it, we promise to provide a similar type in the coming days.”
The Commercial Director of Chery Algeria also revealed plans to deliver 1,500 cars nationwide next week, considering this a significant challenge. He deemed the prompt delivery of Chery cars to owners in less than 45 days a major achievement for the company, especially after the brand’s absence for over 7 years.
Regarding concerns about car parts availability, he clarified that Chery has 30 sales points across the country, all equipped with spare parts for Chery vehicles. He added that Chery is the exclusive manufacturer for Jaguar and Land Rover in China, stating, “The cars you see today, with their advanced technologies, are a testament to the major brands in the world.”
