ALGIERS- The company “Geely Algeria” is preparing to import economical and suitable vehicles for the local market of the Chinese mother brand and to offer them at affordable prices for citizens, Echoroukonline reported on Monday, explaining that the dealer has obtained prior authorization on import.
The representative of the Chinese brand is also working to ensure the deployment of the distribution network throughout the national territory, in compliance with the provisions of the specifications governing the activity.
Car prices in Algeria are expected to drop significantly in the coming weeks, after the arrival of new vehicles of several brands which obtained the authorization of the technical committee in charge of examining the files at the level of the Ministry of Industry and Pharmaceutical Production, as well as the significant reductions recently announced by Fiat Algeria.
