Condor Group to Expand Its Reach: Products Set to Enter Arab Gulf and African Markets

Algiers, September 26, 2023 – In a significant move poised to reshape the landscape of home electrical appliances in the Arab Gulf and African regions, Condor Group’s Assistant General Manager, Mohamed Salah Daas, revealed ambitious plans during a statement to Dzair Tube. The announcement comes on the heels of the inauguration of Condor’s pioneering customer service center in Bordj Bou Arreridj. Mr. Daas detailed a strategic partnership with Hisense, set to manufacture a wide range of household electrical appliances and leverage this collaboration to export products to various markets in the Arab Gulf and Africa.

Speaking at the launch event, Mohamed Salah Daas shared insights into Condor’s vision and the anticipated impact of this collaboration. “We have created a base for exports, and with this, all the devices that will be manufactured will be distributed and exported across various markets in the Arab Gulf and African markets,” he explained. This strategic move underlines Condor Group’s commitment to expanding its global presence and boosting its exports, with a focus on these high-potential markets.

The Assistant General Manager went on to emphasize the significant advantages this partnership with Hisense would bring, stating that it would not only increase the volume of Condor’s exports but also enhance the technical proficiency and expertise of the complex’s technicians. Through a synergistic technological shift combining the strengths of both Hisense and Condor brands, the collaboration aims to produce innovative and competitive products that cater to the diverse needs of consumers in the Arab Gulf and Africa.

One of the highlights of Condor’s expansion strategy is the recently inaugurated customer service center in Bordj Bou Arreridj. Mr. Daas announced, “This customer service center is the first of its kind in Algeria and the third in Africa and the Middle East region.” He highlighted the center’s role in elevating the customer experience by providing unparalleled comfort and convenience. Additionally, the center ensures customers have access to a readily available supply of spare parts and swift equipment repair services, further cementing Condor’s reputation for exceptional customer care.

The strategic partnership with Hisense and the establishment of the state-of-the-art customer service center reflect Condor Group’s unwavering commitment to innovation, customer satisfaction, and international expansion.
