Düsseldorf, Germany- In a landmark trial held today at the German Supreme Regional Court in Düsseldorf, the Moroccan spy, Mohamed A., faced justice for his involvement in spying on Europe’s Rif protest movement on behalf of the Moroccan intelligence agency. Djamil Djerboua, Dzair Tube’s correspondent, provided coverage, detailing the shocking revelations that unfolded during the proceedings.

Having undergone extensive investigations and monitoring by German security services, Mohamed A. eventually confessed to operating as an infiltrator within Europe’s Rif protest movement. These revelations exposed the insidious tactics employed by the Makhzen regime to suppress dissent and dissenters abroad.

According to the evidence presented in court, Mohamed A. admitted to receiving a substantial sum of 5,000 euros from the Moroccan Makhzen for his espionage activities. The German intelligence agencies corroborated these confessions, further solidifying the case against him.

The Attorney General’s prosecution team successfully proved the accusations against Mohamed A., leading to a decisive verdict. The court sentenced him to 5 years in prison for his role as a spy and infiltrator in the service of the Makhzen intelligence agency. However, the trial is far from over, as investigations into other related cases are still ongoing.

The case against the accused spy, Muhammad A., has taken a significant turn with the testimony of Youba al-Ghadioui, a prominent activist in the Rif protest movement. The Rif movement has been steadfast in its demand for rights that have long been denied by the oppressive Makhzen regime. Members of the movement have faced unthinkable atrocities, including killings, imprisonments, and torture, as they continue their fight for justice.

Al-Ghadioui’s testimony has shed light on the accused’s sinister motives, revealing that he managed to infiltrate the ranks of the Rif movement, operating covertly among its members. Even in the face of relentless repression from the Makhzen regime, the Rif movement perseveres, standing up for their rights and calling upon German justice to ensure that the spy faces the harshest penalties permissible under German law.

This case bears immense importance not only for the individual involved but also for the broader implications it has for protecting the integrity and safety of activist movements worldwide.
