Two days after President Tebboune unveiled his initiative for the resolution of the crisis, Algeria’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, has embarked on a diplomatic mission to garner international support for this visionary plan. His latest move? A crucial conversation with the American Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs, Molly Phee.
