Death of former Minister of Agriculture, Abdelhamid Hamdani: Henni offers condolences to family of deceased

ALGIERS- Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Mohamed Abdelhafid Henni offered his condolences to the family of former minister Abdelhamid Hamdani, the ministry said in a statement.

“With great sorrow and sadness, I learned of the death of my brother and colleague, Mr. Abdelhami Hamdani, former Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development. Following this painful ordeal, I can only express my sincere condolences to the family of the deceased, in my own name and on behalf of all the staff and officials of the ministry, while sharing their pain and sorrow,” wrote the minister.

And to add: “On this painful circumstances, I present to you my sincere condolences and feelings of compassion, praying to the Almighty Allah to bestow on the deceased His Holy mercy and forgiveness and grant you all patience and forbearance. Verily we belong to Allah and verily to him do we return.”

Former Agriculture and Rural Development Minister Abdelhamid Hamdani passed away on Wednesday after a long illness.
